Cathy White is a Licensed Esthetician, lash educator, and founder of The Lash Co Academy. With over seven years of industry experience and thousands of students trained across the country, Cathy is known for making advanced techniques feel simple, practical, and easy to apply behind the lash bed.
Her classes go beyond learning a service. Students gain hands-on guidance, personalized feedback, and real business knowledge from an experienced entrepreneur who understands what it takes to build a lasting career in the beauty industry. Meet Adriana Hernandez - Instructor
Adriana is a Licensed Esthetician and educator for Lash Extensions, Korean Lash Lifts, and Brow Laminations & Techniques. Since beginning her lash career in 2021, she has continued working with clients daily, giving her the hands-on experience to teach techniques that work in real appointments.
She is passionate about her craft, loves discovering new products, and is always finding creative ways to improve her services. Known for her light, wispy sets and eye for standout details, Adriana brings both artistry and innovation into every class. Her kind, patient, and supportive teaching style helps students feel comfortable asking questions and confident applying what they’ve learned.
